Hi, I’m Danny. A dedicated and seasoned maths tutor with 6 years experience under my belt. I am very active in my personal life, and love to play sports like football and Tennis.

Throughout my own education I achieved 4A*’s and 5As at GCSE, as well as 3 A*s and 1A grades at A-Level (with A*’s in: Maths, Physics, Biology. A in: Chemistry). I also picked up awards at my college for achieving the highest UMS scores in the year for both Physics and Biology. I then went on to graduate from the University of Leeds with a 1st class honours degree in Mathematics & Computer Science.

My teaching approach centres on building a strong rapport with students, as I believe that trust and connection are key to effective learning. Once this foundation is established, I adopt a student-first approach, setting clear and attainable targets that ensure steady knowledge expansion and measurable improvement toward goals.

I would relish the chance to share not only my expertise and passion of Mathematics, but also the systematic steps I myself used to exploit the most out of mark schemes and how get the best out of yourself. It is these same steps I have since shared with many other students so that they too could achieve their dream grades.
