My name is Callum, a University of Cambridge graduate with 6 years of experience in tutoring, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles and I have a proven track record of helping students achieve significant improvements in their academic performance across a broad range of subjects at various stages of their journey in education.

For the last three years, alongside providing one-to-one tutoring sessions for GCSE and A-Level students, I have worked as the Principal Biological Sciences Form Tutor for a large University Admissions mentoring service. This role involved small group teaching of scientific concepts beyond the A-Level curriculum, as well as the delivery of large online and in-person seminars centred around University interviews and admissions assessments.

My approach is patient and encouraging, aimed at building confidence and independence in students. I provide regular feedback and strategies for continuous improvement, making sure students always feel supported. Each session includes a mix of direct instruction, guided practice, and hands-on activities tailored to the subject matter, helping me to create a positive, engaging atmosphere in lessons.
