Hi! I'm Callum and I'm a second-year undergraduate studying Medicine at the University of Oxford. I have 1 year of tutoring experience tutoring A Level Biology and A Level Chemistry. On top of this, I have 4 years of teaching swimming to ages 3-14 and 4 years of experience teaching singers and choirs, with the ages ranging from 8 to 84, as well as some experience teaching basic sign language to secondary-school students - I often joke that I can teach anyone anything!

As a tutor, I focus on solid foundations, good understanding, and strong exam technique, as well as building a good relationship with the student and adapting to their specific needs. I love teaching and pushing students to achieve their very best, with some of my students improving by 3-4 grades! I offer tutoring in Biology and Chemistry at A Level or GCSE (whether combined or separate), and I can also help students with university admissions, particularly Oxbridge.

In A Levels, I achieved A*A*A*A* (Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Spanish) and I achieved 12 grade 9s at GCSE. I use my strong academic record to help students develop their knowledge and study techniques. I encourage students to ask questions and I'm always happy to answer, in or out of lessons and I go above and beyond so that students feel supported and happy in their learning.
