Hello! Are you struggling and not sure how to achieve higher grades? Say no more! I am an Oxford graduate in Classics who has 5 years experience in encouraging and supporting students with their academic goals.

During my A Levels, my History and Religious Studies' essays and revision materials were used by my teachers due to their quality. I also set up my own GCSE History revision group to help students with essay-writing skills, understanding the content and how to apply it during exams.

Whilst at Oxford, I was a University Ambassador and Student Mentor for four years, where I mentored students individually and in small groups on Oxbridge personal statements, entry exams and Oxford interviews.

Having tutored students aged 9 to 22 in English, Classical Civilisations, History and Spanish, I am confident that I can create tailored lessons to fit any student's level.

The subjects that I tutor are:
- KS2, KS3 and GCSE English Language and Literature
- GCSE and A Level History
- KS3, GCSE and A Level Classical Civilisations
- KS2 and KS3 Spanish
- Oxbridge personal statements and interview preparation.

As everyone learns differently, each lesson will be adapted to suit the individual student's needs. I believe it's always best to start with the basics and build from there, as a solid foundation leads to stronger outcomes. I tend to follow this structure during my tutorials, but this is only a suggestion, as some students may prefer a different structure for their tutorials:
- 5 minutes: recap/introduction
- 45 minute: teaching
-10 minutes: concluding the lesson and leaving 5 minutes to discuss with the student if there is anything they would like to go over or continue next lesson and any H/W or revision documents they might like me to create.
