We don't run a marketplace. Every match is made by us, personally.
We start with your form submission or a short call. We want to know the exam board, whether it's Language or Literature (or both), the specific skills causing trouble, how far away the exams are, and the current grade versus the target. The more detail, the better the match.
We review every enquiry ourselves. We match on subject specialism, exam board experience, teaching style, and personality fit. We don't send you a list of 50 profiles, we send you two or three tutors we genuinely believe are right for your child, with a short note on why each one has been chosen.
Before any session is paid for, your child speaks with the tutor. This isn't a formality - it's how we make sure the dynamic is right. If the first tutor isn't quite the fit, we find another. There is no pressure and no cost until you're confident.
Every session is recorded so your child can revisit explanations. The tutor works to your school's exact scheme of work and targets the paper style your child will sit, not a generic syllabus overview. AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and Eduqas are all covered across Language and Literature.
We check in regularly with both families and tutors. Progress is measured against past papers and marked responses, not just session attendance. If something isn't working, we intervene early. Harry and Joe are reachable throughout, not just at the point of sign-up.
