- To message a learner, go to My Learners.
- Find the student you want to contact
- Use the chat button to type your message.
- If a chat with the student does not already exist, sending a message will automatically create one in the message area.
- All communication between you and the student should be done through this chat.

Reminder: Keep all communication on the platform to ensure full transparency and support if needed.
