Your hourly rate will be discussed during your onboarding call and we will keep this rate in place for the time being.

You are welcome to request a rate change at any point. However, we usually recommend waiting until you have completed a few lessons and received some reviews on the platform, as this helps us position the change properly to students and parents.

Please do not change your rate directly on your dashboard. Pricing is managed by The Degree Gap team so that we can keep everything clear and consistent for current students, new enquiries, and ongoing bookings.

If you would like to request a rate change, please email us at thedegreegap@gmail.com with your proposed new rate and a short reason for the request. We will then review this and update it on the system where appropriate.
