- Go to your account settings.
- Make sure you have a 15-minute slot available in your calendar.
- Navigate back to My Learners.
- Select your new learner.
- Offer them 100% off a 15-minute session.
- Send them a message like this(you can copy this message) letting them know:
"Hi, I’ve offered you 100% off a 15-minute session. Please go to my profile, Book Now and then it should be free to book a 15-minute slot at a time that suits you.”
- Once booked, you can then confirm and organise the session.
