A common issue is that parents book a free trial and, for some reason, you or the learner might have missed the time. Our system only offers one free trial, so we need to use a workaround to offer another. You can do this by setting up a 15-minute call with a 100% discount. To do this, you go to:
- Go to your account settings.
- Make sure you have a 15-minute slot available in your pricing section.
- Navigate back to My Learners.
- Select your new learner.
- Offer them 100% off a 15-minute session.
- Send them a message like this (you can copy this message) letting them know:
"Hi, to solve the issue, I’ve offered you 100% off a 15-minute session. Please book it in the same way you would a paid session, but select a 15-minute call. You should now be able to book these 15-minute calls for free.”
- Once booked, you can then confirm and organise the session.
