- Go to your Dashboard.
- Find the booking you need to change.
- Click the Reschedule button.
- Enter a polite reason for rescheduling (e.g., "I have a family commitment at that time").
- Suggest three alternative times that work for you.
- Keep your calendar up to date — the student will only be able to rebook based on your calendar availability.
- If none of the suggested times work, send a message through the platform (this will also send them an email).
- Wait for the student to confirm a new time.
 
Tip: Always provide alternative times to make rebooking smoother for the student.
