- If you’ve booked a free trial or a full session, but the tutor says they cannot do it, you will receive an email notification.
  - Do not reply to this email — replies will go to the admin team, not the tutor.
- Go to the platform’s messaging feature and message the tutor directly.
  - If you have not set up a message with the tutor yet, please watch our previous video.
- Together, you and the tutor can agree on a new time that works for both of you.
- Once agreed, the tutor will send you a lesson message with that time.
- You then click the Schedule button on your dashboard and select a time on the calendar.

Top Tip: Always use the messaging functionality on the platform — not email — to rearrange lessons.
