- If you’ve booked a free trial or a full session, but the tutor says they cannot do it, you will receive an email notification.
- Do not reply to this email - replies will go to the admin team, not the tutor.
- Instead, go to the platform’s messaging feature and message the tutor directly(if you have not got a message set up with the tutor, please watch our previous video)
- Together, you and the tutor can agree on a new time that works for both of you.
- Once agreed, the tutor will send you a lesson message with that time.
- You then click the Schedule button and select a time on the calendar.
 
Top Tip: Always use the message functionality on the platform, not email, to rearrange lessons.
